🔁 Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products:
- We do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
- Returns are not applicable for change of mind.
💰 Refund / Replacement Eligibility
We offer refund or replacement only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was tampered with during transit.
- The package was missing items.
To request a refund or replacement:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share clear unboxing video and images of:
- Outer packaging
- Inner product
- Shipping label
- Email us at [your email] with your order number.
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds if:
- The delivery address was entered incorrectly.
- The recipient was unavailable at the time of delivery.
- The product shows natural oil separation (this is normal for 100% peanut butter).
- Taste preference concerns (since taste can vary person to person).
💳 Refund Process
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer (bank details required).
🎁 Corporate / Bulk Orders
Bulk or customised gifting orders are non-refundable unless damaged during transit.
Please ensure all details are verified before confirmation.
