Refund Policy

At Clean Spread Co., every jar is prepared in small batches with care and hygiene. Since our products are food items, we follow a strict no-return policy. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

Please read our policy below.

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
  • Returns are not applicable for change of mind.

We offer refund or replacement only in the following cases:

  1. You received a damaged product.
  2. You received the wrong product.
  3. The product was tampered with during transit.
  4. The package was missing items.

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear unboxing video and images of:
    • Outer packaging
    • Inner product
    • Shipping label
  • Email us at [your email] with your order number.

Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

We are unable to offer refunds if:

  • The delivery address was entered incorrectly.
  • The recipient was unavailable at the time of delivery.
  • The product shows natural oil separation (this is normal for 100% peanut butter).
  • Taste preference concerns (since taste can vary person to person).
  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer (bank details required).

Bulk or customised gifting orders are non-refundable unless damaged during transit.
Please ensure all details are verified before confirmation.
