3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in INR (₹). Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping Policy
We currently deliver across Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, and select cities across India based on courier serviceability.
Customers must provide:
- Full Name
- Complete Address with Landmark
- Valid Pincode
- Active Contact Number
- Email Address
- GST Details (if applicable)
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner.
We are not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or courier disruptions.
5. Refund & Replacement Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy.
Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Package tampered during transit
- Missing items in order
Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video proof.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
